The Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing innovative campaigns for branding, communications, and digital marketing for fireside MARKET. Their duties include overseeing the omnichannel strategy for the brand, supporting future store launches, updating the app and website to align with promotions/events, collaborating on the loyalty program strategy, executing brand needs and collateral, maintaining other marketing channels such as social media, recording and analyzing data from campaign results, supporting events/trade shows, and developing content to reach target audiences.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the fireside MARKET, including promotions, advertising campaigns, and in-store displays.Lead outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, web/app, social media, advertising, promotions, optimization and content development.Liaise with agency partners and internal stakeholders to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials and advertising copies.Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.Manage and lead key events for fireside MARKET.Conduct market research to identify market/customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.Manage the retail marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to various campaigns and initiatives to maximize return on investment.Help analyze campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.Skills and ExperienceWeb and app content management.People mindset: focus on the customer and the team.Brand management.Experience analyzing and testing campaigns to ensure effectiveness.Ability to travel as necessary to store locations.Working ConditionsThe Senior Marketing Manager usually spends most of their time in an office with a clean, well-lit, and comfortable environment. This role requires you to be flexible in work location and hours. Travel may be needed from time to time.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, PR, Advertising or a related field.Experience5+ years in retail/QSR/Convenience marketing preferred.
