Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Permanent Intermediate Litigation Attorney to join our award winning team. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctorate Degree and experience in personal injury law and code of civil procedure. This is a full-time position that requires at least 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
Handling all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending hearings and depositions.
Managing a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish.
Conducting legal research and writing legal briefs and memoranda.
Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Developing and implementing case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Collaborating with other attorneys and staff members to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Qualifications
Juris Doctorate Degree, Juris Doctor degree, J.D.
At least 2 years of experience in personal injury law and code of civil procedure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
