Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an opportunity for an exceptional attorney to join its bankruptcy practice for its client's Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 to 10 years of bankruptcy (including bankruptcy litigation) experience. The position requires the ability to manage complex case assignments, strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to manage and communicate with clients on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will also have strong analytical and research skills and be exceptionally organized. Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Florida is also required.
Education, Experience And Skills Required
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law schoolFlorida bar license4+ years’ bankruptcy law practice experienceStrong technological skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and practice management systems, portals and technologiesSuperior research skills, including the use of online services, databases and the InternetSuperior organizational skillsProject management skills including a strong aptitude for managing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical, problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to work independently and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
