Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Corporate Attorney for its client's Tampa or Sarasota office. Candidates should have 3-8 years of experience with public company securities law, including advising clients with regard to the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. This position will focus on SEC reporting obligations, but our ideal candidate will also have experience with corporate governance issues, M&A, and/or venture capital transactions.

Job Requirements: Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school Active bar license for the state in which candidate will work out of 3+ years’ professional corporate law practice with experience as specified above Strong technological skills, including proficiency with practice management systems and portals Superior research skills, including the use of online services and databases Project management skills, including the ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
