Private Client Trusts and Estates Attorney

Cozen O’Connor’s Private Client, Trusts and Estates group is looking for a highly skilled and sophisticated attorney with a minimum of five years of trusts and estates experience to join the Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting high net worth clients in areas relating to estate and gift tax planning; wills and trusts; business structuring and succession planning; asset preservation planning; family office structuring and counseling; charitable planning; domestic and international tax planning; and probate and trust administration. The candidate will also have experience working directly with clients in complex planning or administration needs or high-value disputes. Candidates must demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the tax code, trust and estates laws, and client relations. Florida license in good standing required. Will consider candidates who are willing to relocate.
