The Inside Sales Specialist for our Biologics - Gene Therapy team is a home-based position working in collaboration with the Associate Director, Gene Therapy Research Solutions. Responsible for driving outbound research Gene Therapy sales.
Scope/Complexity
Build Prospecting list for Gene Therapy - Research Solutions via e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Scitodate and other sourcesDrive sales for research gene therapy through outbound prospecting (full sales cycle - from initial reach out to PO receipt)Gather data on market trends, competitive products, and pricing (e.g., via direct feedback from prospects/clients etc.)Establish and nurture positive, productive relationships with newly acquired customer accountsShare customer problems/concerns with relevant departments for quality resolution.Maintain a CRM database (Salesforce) via updates to sales opportunities and sales stages
