Seeking, identifying, assessing, and prospecting new business opportunities for key clientsClosing and growing new business sales revenue with key clientsBuilding and fostering meaningful relationships with key account customersCollaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to support and facilitate business development and revenue growthDeveloping and acquiring new key accounts via leads, cold-calling, and other strategic selling solutionsWorking on building a new business sales pipeline; working with new leadership tools and initiativesMeeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals as defined by the department leaderAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer’s needs and expectationsIdentifying and resolving any issues, complaints, and problems faced by key customersIdentifying, analyzing, and understanding the changing market trendsWillingness to travel locally and nationally as needed for customer meetings and trade showsRegularly reporting work progress and work plans to the department leader using key account metricsPerforming other duties that may be assigned by the department leaderBenefits
