Make It Uniquely Yours.You are responsible for ensuring that the o9 Deployment project is delivered successfully, completed on time and within budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, setting up and managing the tollgates, agile deliverables and building quality, testing and operational readiness.How You Will ContributeYou will:Develop, build and track the detailed project plan and all associated elementsCoordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross-functional teams, engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program deliveryOwn project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets, timelines, build quality, testing, and operational readiness, including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go liveOwn the updating of Jira and MSPO as neededIdentify, assess and mitigate program/project-level risks, escalating to global leads when necessaryDevelop the PM resources in the team. You will coach and mentor project managers to build capability in the organizationDrive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and toolsProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsTrack budget spend, resource utilization, procurement activities such as PO, SOW etc.Confirm the completion and consistency of workstreams and their readiness to go liveDefine processes to enable successful project management for the MDLZ & Partner teamsManage the ownership and updating of the collaboration sites such as Teams and SharePoint.What You Will BringA desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:Proven experience in project management methodologyExcellent communication skills and able to drive effective discussions with project resources from tactical execution level up to PMO membersExcellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing strict timelinesStrong focus on cost, schedule and quality of project deliveryKnowledge of relevant business processes and related technology solutionsStakeholder management and ability to influence positively in decision makingProven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partnersStrong conceptual and analytic skills – enjoys problem solvingStrong MS Teams and SharePoint knowledgeRequirementsWhat you need to know about this position:This is a hybrid role based in East Hanover or ChicagoThis is a global role which will require flexibility in work timesTravel will be required based on project requirementsThis is a fixed term opportunity based on project timelinesWhat extra ingredients you will bring:Education / Certifications:Bachelor's degree requiredCertifications relevant to project management are strongly preferredJob specific requirements:Minimum of 12 years of project management experience is requiredExperience leading a project teamDemonstrated success in project management executionConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience is desirableAbility to effectively manage a diverse portfolio of multiple workstreams within the project simultaneously, ensuring each workstream meets its objectives within defined timelines.Experience in leveraging cross-functional teams to drive project outcomes is essentialExperience in project plan management and all aspects of the same, inclusive of financials, resourcing, timing, risks, etc.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas, negotiate priorities, and build consensus across all levels of the project organization.
