Executive Assistant 1 in Technology – Seattle HubWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support Vice Presidents within the Customer Experience Platform Technology organization. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently and with a team of other executive assistants and leaders.This role requires impeccable attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, flexibility, and great communication skills.A day in the life…Provide comprehensive support services to the Vice Presidents that are the foundation of a professional, responsive, and effective environment for the organizationManage complex calendars by proactively prioritizing, scheduling, preparing for and communicating meetings and events as well as travel arrangements for the Vice Presidents and others as neededPartner with other team members to help build company culture by leading engagement/recognition projects, organizing team communications and planning events, both internally and offsiteAssist in maintaining department discretionary budget and manage expense reconciliationsPrepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentationsHandle confidential information with discretion and maintain the security of the Vice Presidents records and filesPerform other related duties and execute projects as assignedYou own this if you have…Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative roleProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience with virtual meeting software (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate through ambiguity and influence without authorityA proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilitiesAbility to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential informationExperience in managing executive calendars and travel arrangementsBachelors degree in business administration or related field preferredWe’ve got you covered…Our employees are our most important asset and that’s reflected in our benefits.
