PRN Radiology Technologist
to join our team!RESPONSIBILITES:
Set up and operate radiographic equipment used in the medical diagnosis and/or treatment of patients.Select proper ionizing factors for radiologic diagnosis.Position patient and set up and adjust equipment to obtain the best quality x-ray of the specific body area requested by the physician.Take preventative steps to minimize radiation exposure to the patient and fellow staff.Adjust and set radiographic controls, such as kilovoltage and milliamperage, to prescribed specifications for proper timing of exposure.Effectively perform C-Arm functions in an OR setting.REQUIREMENTS:
Associate's degree in radiological technology.A.R.R.T certification.Two years of radiology experience in a healthcare facility (with one year in the operating room).Bachelor's degree in radiological technology (Preferred).Please visit our website for more information:
