A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking an Accountant to help them maintain top-notch customer service for all accounting-related tasks at their Palo Alto, CA office.Your Day Includes:Building client relationships both internally and externallyReviewing and preparing contracts and insurance certificatesProcessing invoices and finalizing the billing cycleCommunicating with internal Project Managers and Principals and clientsPresenting monthly project financials to branch office managersMust Haves:4-year degree in Accounting, Business, or similar field2 years of construction accounting experienceFamiliarity with construction accounting software (Sage, Procore, Foundation, etc)If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
