Job Description

Jefferson is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Specialist with a passion for continuous improvement to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management systems, process improvement, and quality assurance. This role will be instrumental in enhancing our project management processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality across by implementing ISO and CMMI practices, conducting quality audits, providing training, and supporting project managers.The Quality Specialist will coordinate the implementation and monitoring of quality initiatives while also developing and updating policies and procedures. This role is responsible for data reporting and analysis of the quality program and preparing for audits relating to ISO 9001 and CMMI.Key Responsibilities:

Quality Management:Leads quality activities.Establishes, monitors, and reports on quality metrics, corrective actions, and risk activities to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Develops and revises operational policies and procedures including instructional materials after mitigation/correction activities are determined.Prepares status reports on activities and outcomes of corrective action activities.Supports ISO 9001 and CMMI implementation to include audit preparation, analysis of results, and addressing non-conformities and implement corrective actions.Provides support to business units for problem identification, resolution, and continuous improvement.Develops and delivers quality training programs at all levels of the company to ensure staff are knowledgeable about quality standards, procedures, and best practices.Provides recommendations for continuous improvement in project management processes.Communicates effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of quality and project management standards.Program Management Support:Provides expert guidance and support to project managers on quality related topics.Leads training sessions on new tools, resources, and quality standards.Maintains the ePMO knowledge library, ensuring it is up-to-date and comprehensive.Collaborates with ePMO team members to integrate project activities and create efficiency in operations.Qualifications:
