Ibotta is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Internal Operations to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As Senior Product Manager on the IPN Experiences team, you’ll be responsible for product strategy for key user journeys critical to the success of the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). You’ll define Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) and identify the employee and client user problems which need to be solved in order to achieve them. You’ll craft an iterative roadmap of product initiatives and lead cross-functional squads of Engineering, Design, Analytics, Research, and Architecture team members in the execution of those initiatives. You’ll collaborate with functions across Ibotta, and with customers, to communicate your strategy, launch solutions, and continuously measure success along the way.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.What you will be doing:

Empathize with employees and clients to understand their environments, needs, goals, motivations, and pain points throughout various phases of the customer journey.Partner with teams across the organization to define OKRs in support of Ibotta’s business goals and company strategy.Prioritize a roadmap of product initiatives which articulates the team’s path to success in achieving OKRs, while creating value for employees, clients, and Ibotta.Lead cross-functional teams to execute roadmap and refine the product backlog, iterating through problems, scoping solutions, and shipping features which succeed in creating measurable value.Champion optimal product development processes that focus on the problem and that leverage the power of iteration and learning, while enabling high-quality, timely execution in a fast-paced, iterative, and fluid environment.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across Ibotta to manage expectations on scope and timelines.Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere.What we are looking for:

5+ years of product management experience building and launching successful products.Experience creating product strategies aligned with business objectives and successfully garnering stakeholder support.Ability to achieve measurable results and desirable user outcomes by launching high-quality product experiences on-time.Experience leading a cross-functional team to successfully execute initiatives and create business impact.Adept at leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize opportunities and guide iterative product development.Confidence in being able to say no to good ideas and ruthlessly prioritize product initiatives in alignment with strategic focus and goals.Swift, high-quality decision making, informed by insights, but not paralyzed when faced with a lack of data.Technical understanding - you don’t need to be able to write code, but you need to be able to discuss technical concepts with your engineering and architecture counterparts.Excellent communication skills across all mediums (visual, written, verbal) that keep the cross-functional team and diverse stakeholders groups informed of strategic approach, ideas, decisions, and rationale.Experience with any of the following a plus:Leading product strategy for an Enterprise B2B SaaS product.Customer Success or Operations.Scaling a product through hyper-growth phases.About Ibotta

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $110,000 - $140,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
