Senior Product Manager

to own

Data Platform and Data Products

and join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Ibotta’s data systems and defining and delivering on key internal and external-facing data products. Initiatives include data quality, tooling and infrastructure, improving forecastability and developing products to measure campaign performance. You will focus on creating exceptional product experiences that help internal and external customers build best in class data products.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.What you will be doing:

Develop and manage the Data Platform Product roadmap to maximize business impact while establishing and enforcing federated data quality standards, monitoring services, and auditing processesCollaborate with engineering and architecture peers to develop and execute the data platform strategyUnderstand and leverage user needs across Ibotta to develop product requirements and set development & investment priorities. Champion programs centered around education and support for Data Platform usersDefine and deliver data products to support the business and enable technology teams to build world class experiencesEnsure product success throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation to full launch and ongoing supportPartner with our business leaders – Top Executives, Department Leaders, Engineering leaders, and Product Managers - to understand their environment and needs.Partner with Data Consumers and Producers to champion data quality across the Ibotta ecosystem.Enable the broader technology and analytics groups through communication, awareness campaigns, and training to advocate for data accountability and ownership.Embrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere.What we are looking for:

5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years as a Data Infrastructure and/or Tooling Product Manager or equivalentBA/BS in CS/Engineering, Economics/Physics/Math, or a related field is requiredExperience implementing data best practices related to privacy, protection, security, and access control policies at scaleExperience working with large-scale, end-to-end data platforms and analysis solutions, with exposure to platforms and tools such as [Databricks, Spark, Airflow, MySQL, DBT, and Looker]Experience building data products in collaboration with analytics teamsYou combine a strong product sense, robust data expertise, and excellent communication skills to define, explain, and successfully execute your vision and roadmapAbility to partner cross-functionally at all levels to ensure that your solutions drive real business impactDesire to become a subject matter expert on your domain and represent its strategy to senior leadershipAble to build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partnersComfort navigating product challenges in a high-growth environment, working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture, and leading a team through dynamic changeExceptional written and verbal communication skills. This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $110,000 - $140,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
