Senior Product Manager , owning

Compliance and Fraud Prevention

to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional efforts to reduce dollar losses due to fraud activities on our platforms and ensure that Ibotta technology is adhering to Compliance best practices. You will work cross-functionally with product and engineering leaders across technology to design and build experiences that meet our compliance standards and reduce fraud. You will develop business cases, roadmap and vision in conjunction with risk/compliance leaders.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

Develop and manage the Compliance and Fraud Prevention Product roadmap across Ibotta TechnologyAchieve buy-in and increased investment for Compliance and Fraud Prevention initiatives through business cases and executive presentationsInfluence product roadmaps across Technology to deliver on your roadmapWork cross-functionally with engineering, broader product management team, compliance, legal, and security teams to develop a strong understanding of customer use cases and regulatory requirementsDevelop product requirements and work with engineering to execute initiatives effectivelyDeveloping a deep understanding of applicable compliance frameworks and industry trends and applying that understanding to the Ibotta Technology portfolioEmbrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere.

What we are looking for:

5+ years of Product Management experienceBA/BS in CS/Engineering, Economics/Physics/Math, or a related field is requiredDeep understanding of compliance topics like data privacy (CCPA/CPRA, GDPR), security frameworks like SOC2 and ISO 27001, SOX 404, along with Fraud Prevention best practices, etc.Demonstrable ability to work effectively with both, technical and business leadersExperience working through influence across multiple engineering teams in an Agile environmentYou combine a strong product sense, robust compliance expertise, and excellent communication skills to define, explain, and successfully execute your vision and roadmapAbility to partner cross-functionally at all levels to ensure that your solutions drive real business impactDesire to become a subject matter expert on your domain and represent its strategy to senior leadershipAble to build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional partnersComfort navigating product challenges in a high-growth environment, working cross-functionally within a collaborative culture, and leading a team through dynamic changeExceptional written and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable communicating both with your engineering team and executive teams across Ibotta

Additional Details:

This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.Base compensation range: $110,000 - $140,000. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
