USA remote based job for a health practitioner business training company. For individuals similar to VP Sales / Director of Sales, with SDR / Sales Manager, Management responsibility. The specific focus of this job and the background we need you to have is all of:Hands on Director of Sales professionals (also managing 2-3 SDRs, Sales Representatives)Several years of success in B2B nutritional supplements sales to health practitioners, NDs/MDs and relevant resellers / partners / retailers in the USA or selling other services to these contacts such as coaching, mentoring, training programs, or other services. Experience in this customer market and relationships is mandatory and an interest in selling membership training programs on how to grow and service your practice.Sales strategy, tactics, and planningAble to set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing dealsHiring and performance management of sales staffProven sales process management, presentations, CRM, and business developmentBudget management, P&L, data analysisProfessional, knowledgeable, and well presentedAble to build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long-term client satisfactionDocumentation and executive board level reporting and meeting managementFor more information please apply.
