Job DescriptionUSA remote based job opening for a Tampa, Florida addressed small independent company, who are growing and highly respected for business training to Certified Health Practitioner on how to grow their practices / clinics. Plus they have a digital marketplace for B2B products and services. A Manager or Director of Sales who will operate as an individual contributor.
The specific focus of this sales manager job and the background we need you to have is most, if not all of:
Several years of success in B2B Sales, with experience of this customer market and relationshipsAn interest in selling membership training programs including live, in-person training events, affiliates/partnerships, and the entire sales process, including webinars on how to grow and service your practice / clinicsContribute to sales strategy, tactics and planningAble to build rapport, influence, persuade and negotiate for profitable deals and long term client satisfactionAble to set and manage KPIs plus lead by example with client generation and closing dealsProven sales process management, presentations, CRM, and business developmentBudget management, sales forecasts, CRM, data analysisProfessional, knowledgeable and well presented - including telephone, video virtual meetings and in person sales and relationship developmentDocumentation and executive board level reporting and meeting management abilitiesWell educated to Degree or aboveExperienced remote working and happy to attend industry events and attend the main locations for the high ticket industry in person training events
