Currently, the firm is looking to hire a skilled and enthusiastic Associate Attorney with 0-4 years of experience in civil litigation.The Southern California office is situated on the stunning Long Beach waterfront near Pike Place and Alamitos Beach. If you are seeking a stimulating, interactive, and enjoyable work environment, then your search ends here!Job Description:As an Associate Attorney, you will have the chance to engage in a wide variety of legal matters, cooperate with seasoned lawyers, including multiple members of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and advance your legal profession in a successful and captivating practice.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to develop effective case strategies for civil litigation matters.Handle various transactional matters, such as business formations, general counseling, and trademark applications.Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including discovery materials, pleadings, motions, and contracts.Represent clients throughout all stages of court proceedings, starting from case initiation to appeal.Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues within the firm.Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and other members of the legal team.Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends that may impact our clients, providing opportunities and challenges.Minimum Qualifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in the California State Bar.1-4 years of experience at a civil litigation law firm.Strong research and analytical skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding client service.Benefits:HSA, medical, and dental insurance will be provided after completing 3 months of employment.401(k) Profit Sharing Plan will be available after completing 1 year of employment.Opportunities for professional development include participating in and presenting at important industry conferences.Salary Range: $95,000 - $135,000
