Job Responsibilities and Requirements

The Financial Systems Analyst is responsible for providing operational support, maintenance, and development activities for the company’s Oracle EBS, OAC, Bizview, Varicent, and any other Finance systems as determined by Management. This position requires in-depth hands-on functional and technical expertise with Oracle EBS, OAC, Bizview, and Varicent.Financial Systems

Takes complete responsibility and ownership of the day-to-day management of the Oracle EBS, OAC, Bizview, and Varicent systems for the Finance Division.Works closely with a team of Oracle functional and technical resources who maintain, support, and enhance the company’s Oracle EBS, OAC, Bizview, and Varicent systems.Serves as a subject matter expert to internal and external stakeholders on Oracle EBS, OAC, Bizview, and Varicent.Responsible for executing test cases, reporting test results, and working with developers to fix defects to ensure that the system is reliable and meets the needs of the users.Responsible for implementing and administering incentive compensation plans for sales rep. This includes implementing the plan's goals, objectives, and metrics; setting targets and payouts; and tracking performance. Provide support to sales rep on how to maximize their earnings under the plan, explaining the plan in detail, answering questions, and resolving any concerns.Responsible for managing the BIZVIEW budgeting platform to support the enterprise's annual budgeting cycles. This includes designing, creating, and monitoring approval workflows, as well as supporting capital expenditure (Capex) and capacity planning.Responsible for data governance and audit support of all systems.Responsible for vendor management of all systems.Assists with the Oracle General Ledger and all other Oracle Accounting and Finance functions.Works collaboratively with IT on projects that involve integration with the financial systems.Assists with finance modernization projects to help maximize the usage of all of Oracle’s, Bizview, and Varicent technological capabilities, including automating manual tasks and implementing process improvements that significantly reduce workloads or improve quality across the Finance departments.Translates business requirements into solutions with comprehensive and actionable plans to achieve them.Partners with business customers, developers, and Systems Support to research, document and resolve Oracle, Bizview, and Varicent system issues.Ensures data integrity, facilitate accurate reporting, and allow analytics and insights, while providing flexibility as business needs and technologies evolve.Develops process flows and workflow documentation as needed.Develops and implements policies and procedures for assigned area(s) of responsibility.Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.Documentation

Maintains documentation of all audit control support.Maintains documentation of all procedures for the department.Customer Service

Communicates on an ongoing basis with business stakeholders to resolve issues and answer questions.Researches problems and responds to management with recommendations.Scope

Works collaboratively with a team of Oracle functional and technical resources.Has responsibility for all the Oracle financial modules across multiple companies.Assists with the day-to-day management of the Sales Compensation system (Varicent).Has responsibility to support enterprise budgeting and planning process (Bizview).Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience

Strong knowledge of Oracle, OAC, Bizview, and Varicent systems.Strong general knowledge of accounting/finance principles and practices.Demonstrated ability to apply troubleshooting and problem solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.Ability to maintain a consistently high degree of accuracy.Ability to Travel: Up to 10%Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.What We Offer
