We’re on a mission to disrupt the single and multi-family rental property insurance sectors, and are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join us!As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll be the channel owner, strategist, and a stakeholder on all activities that help nurture, close, and retain customer business. This includes optimizing funnels from direct to consumer activities and improving automated flows in tandem with our partners. You’ll also play an important role in working alongside the Obie sales team to implement and improve sales outreach and follow ups. This role requires someone who enjoys creating systems, working in multiple channels, and partnering across teams. You’ll be a member of the marketing team and report directly to the Head of Marketing.What You'll Do:Develop a long-term growth strategy for lifecycle marketing, including strategy to growing your squadExecute projects against established OKRs, in collaboration with product, marketing, and salesBuild a robust marketing automation program to leverage email, chat, and SMSOwn CRM implementation and lead efforts to optimize the sales and marketing tech stackDefine, scope, and execute initiatives that effectively capture and cultivate prospect audiences, leveraging inbound traffic and email marketingProvide input to improving email capture throughout the websiteWrite, edit, and deploy new email marketing campaignsDesign and develop multivariate tests to improve email, chat, and SMS performanceCreate, document, and distribute standard operating procedures to improve efficiencyWhat You'll Bring:5+ years experience in marketing automation, email marketing, SMS/chat integrations1+ years experience as team lead or channel manager1+ years working at a high-growth tech startupKnowledge in developing marketing automation systems, including email, chat, SMS, and other channelsProficient using Google Analytics and other self-serve data/analytics and visualization toolsExpertise in mapping the customer journey and the roles different marketing channels play in that journeyNice to Have:2 years experience working in proptech and/or insurtech2 years experience working in real estate, real estate investment, or property managementObie has you coveredBeing in the insurance industry, we understand the importance of comprehensive benefits for you and your family.
