The client is dedicated to driving innovation and efficiency through the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. We are seeking a talented RPA Business Analyst with expertise in UIPath to join our dynamic team and play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and implementing automation opportunities that optimize business processes and drive operational excellence.

As an RPA Business Analyst specializing in UIPath, you will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business requirements, identify automation opportunities, and facilitate the design and implementation of RPA solutions. You will leverage your expertise in UIPath to analyze complex business processes, gather requirements, and develop automation workflows that streamline operations and improve efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to process automation, including process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, assess feasibility, and estimate potential ROI and business impact.Work closely with RPA developers and solution architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design UIPath-based automation solutions that meet stakeholder needs and objectives.Configure UIPath automation workflows, including process mapping, screen scraping, data manipulation, and integration with external systems and APIs, to automate manual, repetitive tasks.Develop and execute test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and reliability of RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and user expectations.Facilitate change management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, and user adoption strategies, to ensure successful implementation and adoption of RPA solutions.Create comprehensive documentation, including business process documentation, functional specifications, and user manuals, to support the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions.Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation enhancements, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes that drive continuous improvement and innovation.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field from an accredited institution.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on process automation and RPA.Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design methodologies.Proficiency in UIPath Studio, including experience with process mapping, workflow design, and automation configuration. Experience with RPA implementation methodologies, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment. Experience with establishing an RPA Governance process including intake, assessment, and identification of use cases.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.UIPath certification(s) such as UIPath Certified Business Analyst is preferred.
