The HRBP will drive, influence, advise and support the cultural and people aspects of organizational change, structures, people process, and business improvement initiatives. This role will work collaboratively with business leaders to develop and execute plans to support high performing teams.Qualifications & Education:College degree (BS or BA in a relevant field) requiredMinimum of three years of relevant work experience including providing HR Business partner consultation and influencing leaders through relationships, data and insights in a high volume, fast paced environment.HR designation preferred

Job Responsibilities:Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to design and execute the strategy for on-boarding, staffing, developing, motivating, rewarding and retaining employees build high performing teams.Provide leadership, guidance and counsel to assigned business lines in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, organizational changes, and HR policy interpretation in support of business objectives and legal requirements.Provide guidance to leaders regarding coaching, counseling, and progressive disciplinary processes to successfully mediate and resolve conflicts or gaps. Conduct thorough, objective investigations; document findings and recommend appropriate remedies.Resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Recognize potential employee relations issues in a proactive manner by regularly conducting stay interviews and analyzing turnover trends and exit interview results. Make sound recommendations based on insights and execute plans to address effectively the situation.Identify opportunities and conduct research and present recommendations for changes to existing programs and policies.Assist with planning, launching and supporting the annual employee engagement survey, talent review process, culture workshops, benefits open enrollment, performance review and merit cycle and other projects as needed.Functions as a culture champion and trusted advisor.Participate in audits and data collection for regulatory reporting.Ensure employee and company data is accurate and current on forms, internal website and Teachers website. Drive the changes needed to update.Prepare materials and provide support for culture/employee experience events and general inquiriesDevelop presentations and conducts HR related training/seminars for management and employeesPerforms other duties as needed upon request.

Essential Skills:Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal, mathematical, multitasking, project management, organizational skills, detail orientation and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff required.Ability to convey messages to a broad range of audiences with clarity and intended impact.Technology skills required for various documentation, including preparing spreadsheets, presentations, organizational charts, as well as, experience navigating HRIS, Email system, Internet and other related databases.Knowledge of employee benefits programs, recruiting, employee relations, HR and Payroll practices/ procedures/policies/systems, and related laws/regulations/reporting requirements required.Ability to ask critical questions to prepare and interpret data and drive effective decision making.

The good faith range for this position is $79,500 to $100,000 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs.
