Summary
The Business Analyst is responsible for performing data retrieval from various internal and external sources and using that information to develop detailed analyses that support the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Education And/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or eight years of equivalent experience requiredMinimum two years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar analytical role requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Excel requiredSQL, Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine and detailed business analysis, outline problems, and recommend data-driven solutions based on the needs of the businessSupport annual budgeting and forecasting by analyzing deposit, income and expense trends and developing accurate projectionsMonitor performance of all campaigns and promotions, track progress against stated goalsDesign informative and actionable analyses to identify patterns and trends in the data that support strategic initiatives and/or recommendationsEvaluate departmental processes to achieve automation opportunities, process efficiencies and control improvementsUnderstand and effectively communicate the financial and operational impact of recommended changesAll other duties as assigned

The good faith range for this position is $27.50 - $33.00 an hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
