Position PurposeThe Sr. Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for solving organizational challenges through people-related solutions. The Sr. HR Business Partner serves as an integral part of a market and senior leadership team and seeks to understand every aspect of the business. The Sr. HR Business Partner is a thought leader on human capital and organizational topics and plans, designs, makes recommendations, and implements programs and initiatives that have impact across the enterprise. Creates and implements the end-to-end processes that drive achievement of business goals.

Essential FunctionsIdentify opportunities for improvement; plan, lead, and manage projects that significantly grow our capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness in HR.Consults with leadership to create and execute comprehensive people strategies that produce sustainable, measurable results and supports culture and engagement initiatives.Provides insightful data to guide decision-making and offer proactive solutions, solving problems, and getting to the root cause of issues.Leads planning, designing, and implementation of enterprise programs and initiatives from end-to-end.Provides day-to-day talent management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, performance improvement, appraisals).Serves as “people” centers of excellence SME on cross-functional teams and regarding organizational and people-related planning (workforce planning and strategies) and execution to add the HR perspective to the conversation to drive business results.Executes programs to support Champions including talent management, DEIB, career planning, performance management, onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, HR programs, leadership coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards and recognition, learning and development, and strategic organizational development.Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Provides guidance, mentoring, and coaching to junior CRC staff.Other duties as assigned.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR or a related field such as business management required.4+ years of progressive experience as a business partner or generalist required.Deep experience in people and organizational diagnosis and effective solutioning for talent initiatives, employee relations activities, and programming.Experience leading mid- to large scale (enterprise) projects.Strong analytic thinking and ability to translate data into pragmatic plans that inform business decisions.Strategic reasoning and thinking and the use of data to guide work and drive business decisions. Must be comfortable challenging convention.Experience leading organization through transformational change (management).Experience coaching, developing direct reports.Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, creative, and able to perform duties with minimal direction and supervision.Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.Productive and effective working in ambiguous, diverse, and team environments.High customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and to deal discretely with confidential information.Software and HR Technology (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HRIS, ATS, HCM system, etc.).Must have a valid driver’s license.Willingness to travel within the designated territory.Working knowledge of Spanish language (bilingual) is a plus.

SalaryStarting at $85,000/annually (Depending on Experience)
