TheAcademic Human Resources Analyst 2 role involves recommending, developing,implementing, administering, coordinating, and / or evaluating Academic Human Resourcespolicies, labor contracts, statutes, programs, and procedures covering one ormore of the following: academic recruitment, appointment, and advancement;compensation and salary administration; faculty welfare programs; visaprocurement; benefits; payroll; training and development; faculty misconduct;and faculty equity.Salaryoffers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to,qualifications, experience, and equity. The full hourly salary range for thisposition is $30.56 - $60.82. Please note that the department's target pay rangeis $30.56 - $45.69/hour.Qualifications
Required
:Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience /training.Basic knowledge of and ability to apply / interpret organizationand college policies and procedures which govern academic HR.Knowledge of organization, college and departmental formal andinformal policies and procedures and understanding of variances to statedpolicies.Knowledge of human resources management systems and other relatedbusiness software programs and systems.Knowledge of unit academic culture and educational goals ofdiscipline(s) served.Analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendationsto Chairs / unit management.Demonstrated organization, problem solving, and communicationskills.
