That transcript powers a range of products across Axon’s cloud software offering, including fast evidence review, incident report dictation, and intelligent video recommendations for supervisor review, empowering law enforcement agencies with capabilities that simply wouldn’t be possible with humans alone. Are you ready to shape the future of law enforcement technology? Axon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Auto-Transcribe team. As the Senior Product Manager for Auto-Transcribe, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the next generation of transcription-powered product experiences for the business, propelling Auto-Transcribe from serving hundreds of customers in select countries to a global user base numbering in the thousands.What You’ll DoLocation:

Principal Product Manager, Auto-TranscribeDirect ReportsCreate and oversee the Auto-Transcribe product roadmap, charting the course for its evolution.Support the development of the strategy and vision for the Auto-Transcribe business, driving innovation and growth.Collaborate with UX research to identify and prioritize end-user needs, ensuring our solutions directly address the most critical pain points.Take ownership of proposing and specifying work through comprehensive 1-pagers and PRDs (Product Requirement Documents).Work directly with our UX, AI, and engineering teams to design and deliver roadmap items.Instrument and measure the outcomes of product deliveries, leveraging data insights to refine and enhance the product.What You BringExperience: 4+ years of experience in software product management OR management consulting.Effective communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.Organizational skills: Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated, capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.User-centric mindset: A deep commitment to a user-centric approach, focusing on driving outcomes for our users and their communities.Analytical thinking: An analytical mindset with the ability to perform product analysis independently using tools SQL and Excel.Collaborative nature: Naturally collaborative, with a proactive approach to engaging stakeholders across the organization, fostering cross-functional teamwork.Benefits That Benefit YouCompetitive salary and 401k with employer match.Discretionary paid time off.Paid parental leave for all.Medical, Dental, Vision plans.Fitness Programs.Emotional & Mental Wellness support.Learning & Development programs.And yes, we have snacks in our offices.Benefits listed herein may vary depending on the nature of your employment and the location where you work.The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 106,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 204,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 163,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 313,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
