Field Services Division Project CoordinatorTemporary Employment ProgramTemporary EmploymentJob SummaryThe anticipated duration of this assignment is approximately 1 year.We are seeking a versatile Data/Policy Analyst and Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves analyzing data and systems related to projects, policies, and initiatives to provide insightful reports and ensure alignment with project goals and regulatory standards. You will gather and assemble data, prepare detailed analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning and policy development. In addition to data analysis, you will coordinate project tasks such as document preparation, project planning, and interdepartmental collaboration. Your administrative responsibilities will include managing event calendars, handling facility requests, coordinating special events, and processing purchases through the BearBuy system. Maintaining office equipment and records, preparing communications, and supporting community engagement activities are also key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making while ensuring smooth administrative operations.The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.Department DescriptionUCSF's Temporary Employment Program (TEP) recruits and hires temporary employees for immediate clerical and technical support services to UCSF Departments and various off-campus locations. UCSF departments deploy temporary employees to work on special projects, fill in for regular employees who are on vacation or leave, or to temporarily fill a vacant position during recruitment.
