SUMMARYServe as the primary point of contact for Network interactions with the office and shall be responsible for supporting and managing the needs of the Military Treatment Facility Division (MTFD).ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the performance of the work and serve as the liaison between MTFD and Networks.Conduct program management, facilitation, meeting coordination, process improvement, administrative support, data entry, and electronic communications to support the MTFD Education and Training (E&T) operations.Develop and monitor a risk and issues matrix and dashboard to support the operations of Force Generating Programs operating within the Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs).Identify programmatic risks to the office to determine mitigation strategies, track action items assigned to MTFD, and provide briefings to the MTFD leaders as necessary.Support and assist in the management and support of daily operations of the office, communicating with the MTFD Chief.Responsible for providing oversight of the Contracting team supporting MTFD to execute activities, including advise and support Network MTF education and training requirements and data collection.Maintain regular and punctual attendance.Perform additional duties as assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESProviding oversight of the contracting team.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelors in a relevant technical field of study, or in lieu of degree, relevant work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis.Ten (10) – Fifteen (15) years’ experience as a management consultant and program management experience.Proficiency in analysis, tracking, monitoring, assessment, review, and coordination.Expertise in program and project management practices, policies, and procedures.Proficiency with contractor performance evaluation including verification of scope completion, schedule variance analysis, and cost variance analysis.Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks (U.S. Citizenship required).DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSExcellent verbal and written communications skills.Ability to independently perform multiple tasks with dynamic priorities and pivot to new tasks quickly.WORK SCHEDULEFull-time.
