Salary Range -
$110,000 - $120,000
Job Summary:
Support Services for the Medical Treatment Facility Division (MTFD). Primary point of contact for network interactions with the office and is responsible for supporting and managing the needs of the MTFD. Support and assist in the management and support of daily operations of the office, communicating with the MTFD Chief.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Services for the Medical Treatment Facility Division (MTFD)Primary point of contact for network interactions with the MTFD officeSupport and manage the needs of the MTFD.Provide project management oversight of the 4S team supporting MTFD to execute activities, including advise and support network in MTF education and training requirements and data collection.Advising and execution of activities of analytic support for the MTFD office and clerical support for the nine Networks, Military Treatment Facilities education and training requirements.Program management, facilitation/meeting coordination, and support, process improvement and Network support to include information management, correspondence, generate reports, and at times interpret regulations and procedures. Provide reportable metrics and data from the MTF and/or Network level to MTFD leadership via the MTFD dashboard.Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree10-15 years' experience as a management level consultant and/or program management experience.Benefits:

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. The position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and the location of work, walking moderate to long distances may be required. Possible lifting up to 50 lbs.
