Location: Riyadh ARABIC SPEAKERWe require a Head of HR to manage the human resources operation of the company. Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent is expected to develop and manage employment programs, salary compensation and job evaluations, benefits, promotions, equal opportunity initiatives, and education and training programs.
The candidate should have 7-10 years of progressively more responsible positions in human resources, preferably in a similar industry in two different companies/banks in KSA with a progressive HR approach. A graduate degree in HR is a must, and a postgraduate degree would be preferable.
