What You'll Do

Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related servicesExhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivationOccasional field and laboratory testingInteracting with senior staff members on a variety of projectsPreparing reports and proposalsMaintaining and developing a client databaseManaging budgets and preparing invoicesMentoring other staffPromoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED required; B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred5-10 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required
