At Light & Wonder, it’s all about the games, and our Gaming team builds cutting-edge technology, products, and content for the most iconic casinos and operators across the globe.Position SummaryThe Senior Product Manager is responsible for positioning, launch and introduction of the CMP Vertical of systems gaming products and related features. Execute product direction and strategy for existing lines of business based upon market information, market research, customer problems, and market trends. Responsible for the support for market requirements, product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans for current product categories to ensure the coordination and timeliness of the launch of new products that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.Essential Job Functions:Support product lifecycle planning and management of each product category including the development of product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans.Market mapping and opportunity discovery, work closely with commercial leads to define opportunities within new and existing customers.Sales enablement support for marketing team, SME for pre-sales.Works with hardware product management to ensure we are aligned with product forecasting, product road mapping, and product life cycle management.Review and maintain competitive product analysis.Qualifications5-8 years’ experience in product management roles.Previous experience in Gaming preferred.EducationBachelor’s degree in related field required.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesCross-functional team building and collaboration skills.Ability to execute a business strategy.Business acumen, action oriented and results driven.Extremely detail oriented.Excellent planning, organization, project management and time management skills.Able to manage multiple projects, multi-task, and meet established deadlines.Physical RequirementsOffice environment.Work ConditionsThe physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus.
