Job Summary

OpenEye is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to join our growing team. This role will oversee a team of Enterprise Account Executives and will report to the VP of Global Sales. We are looking for a high-performance sales leader with experience in leading an enterprise sales team.

Role and Responsibilities

Lead, coach, train, and motivate a small team of Enterprise Account Executives through pipeline reviews, managing weekly activities, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure individual and team activity goals and quotas are achieved.Brainstorm and execute 3-4 full lifecycle enterprise sales/marketing campaigns annually that innovatively leverage our holistic demand generation and growth marketing capabilities and tech stack.Scale and automate successful campaigns that demonstrate strong return on investment in their experimental phase.Collaborate with marketing, sales, sales operations and product marketing teams on the development and execution of new campaigns. Working cross-functionally to align prioritization and resources behind our enterprise sales effort.Evolve our enterprise prospect identification, targeting strategy and execution.Create our enterprise sales messaging by market, and fine tune our delivery mechanisms.Own and drive execution of our enterprise business pipeline goals by analyzing top of the funnel metrics, pipeline quality, and revenue.Impact revenue through personal contributions to the pipeline creation and enterprise selling process.Drive improvements to and compliance with Salesforce standards for activity and pipeline management.Complete other assigned duties.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience selling technology services at an enterprise levelMinimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of sales professionalsMust be open to 40% travel annually in support of the campaign development and enterprise selling process.Experience managing complex enterprise sales from onboarding to maturityStrong negotiation, presentation and leadership skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in Software as a Service (SaaS) preferred.
