What would I do at Litmus?
We are looking for an experienced sales leader to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll oversee a team of six Account Executives and set the bar high, while holding your team accountable for pipeline creation and exceeding their monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Developing strong and trusted relationships with prospects, customers, and the revenue organization will be a key to success in this role.
This is an opportunity to lead an important department at one of the leading MarTech companies globally. As a member of the global sales leadership team you will be trusted to think strategically about your team composition, processes, territories, compensation and career progression, while also working collaboratively with partners across the organization.
In this role, you’ll be expected to:
Lead and manage a sales team to meet or exceed monthly goals: activity metrics, forecasted opportunities and revenue targets
Build confidence & trust with direct reports as well as provide developmental feedback for continuous improvement
Coach your team to follow methodology and process, helping them build quality pipeline and convert opportunities to closed deals
Build a learning culture and get involved hands on in deal progression and review
Collaborate well with other sales managers, cross-functional partners, directors & executives to aid the growth of the business
Supervise & conduct training on skills improvement, inbound and outbound sales, multi-product platform sales, product & marketing topics
Leverage Salesforce.com, Gong, and other enterprise systems to accurately forecast your team’s weekly key metrics including sales activities, pipeline development, and conversion rates
Maintain professional and technical knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing and the Litmus platform
Demonstrate Litmus core values and leadership traits
What is Litmus looking for in a candidate?
Solid track record of hiring, developing, and promoting managing a successful team of Account Executives responsible for significant revenue delivery
7+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience, specifically in solution selling to large public and private companies
Thrives in dynamic environments; you’re able to shift gears quickly without sacrificing performance and keeping your eye on the end result
No egos, please; you understand that successful selling is a team sport and you don’t shy away from continual improvement through feedback and self-reflection
Strong analytical skills to identify trends and gaps in activities and results in order to drive changes in team behaviors and achieve growth plans
