Our client, a premier international law firm based in the Midwest, is actively seeking a transactional tax attorney to join its growing corporate practice in Chicago as an associate. This global practice group, consisting of over 230 attorneys, serves clients across industries, from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies around the country and the world. This position will involve working on cross-office tax and corporate transactional teams and ideal candidates will have 2 or more years of strong experience in U.S. federal income tax matters from a large law firm.
