We're looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. We're seeking someone who's passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping people develop successful careers within the Climate space.Role Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates.Design, refine, and implement innovative recruitment strategies and processes.Create a consistent candidate experience and build strong relationships with each hire and manage their interview process.Identify and source top talent across all functions. Build a pipeline of prospective candidates.Provide recommendations to leadership and HR on how we can position ClimateAi as a top employer in the Climate space.Stretch cross-skill set outside of recruitment and support the programs across the full talent lifecycle.Grow with us: future opportunities to take on more responsibilities as our company and needs grow.Preferred Qualifications:4+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, ideally at a fast-growing startup.Experience hiring technical talent (data scientists, software development engineers) across all levels.Experience recruiting internationally (especially in Mexico/LATAM) is a plus.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.Creativity in problem-solving and innovating across all stages of the hiring cycle.Experience using and implementing recruiting software and other HR tools.Autonomous and excited about taking ownership over major hiring initiatives.Most importantly, a passion for working to help address the issue of climate change.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. Remote in the US.Compensation:

The base compensation range for this role for employees based in the US is $150,000-200,000.
