POSITION SUMMARY
As a Senior Recruiter you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process for roles critical to our business functions in the U.S, Canada, and Latin America. From the creation of a performance profile to gaining the candidate’s acceptance, you will drive the full cycle of our talent acquisition process helping to establish our reputation as an employer of choice. You will drive the development and execution of sourcing strategies, delivering positive candidate and hiring experiences while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide full lifecycle recruiting including working closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the position, internal and external sourcing, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, interviewing, evaluating talent and value competencies, and negotiating compensation packages. Coordinate onboarding activities.
- Develop, create, and execute strategic targeted sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines through social media, networks, direct sourcing, ATS and other recruitment platforms and tools.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide consultative hiring guidance.
- Oversee the pre-employment processes including reference checks and required pre-employment screening programs (background checks and drug testing).
- Utilize a lens of Diversity and Inclusion when evaluating, recommending, and guiding candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders through the evaluation and selection process.
- Design and deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage complex, senior-level searches with multiple stakeholders.
- Use your talent market expertise, data, and business acumen to educate and influence hiring managers on how to identify and acquire the best talent.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience plus 3+ years of talent acquisition experience in CPG industry; experience in S&P500 CPG companies is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to interview and assess candidate skills based on performance-driven behaviors.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
- ATS experience is a must; experience with iCIMS is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task several projects at the same time; follow through and complete the assigned duties on time.
- Must be proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
- Must have good written & verbal communication and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deal with all levels of employees.
- Ability to deal with problems involving few concrete variables in complex situations.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- This individual must possess good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Spanish is preferred.
