The Savings Plan Administration team is part of the Corporate Treasury function. Their mission is to provide best-in-class service and expertise to participants and business partners by managing the Savings Plans (401K) and Non-Qualified Plans for Johnson & Johnson in accordance with Plan Documents, Internal Revenue Service codes, ERISA, Department of Labor, and Sarbanes Oxley.
The Savings Plan Administration group administers the U.S. and Puerto Rico Savings Plans currently valued at over $25 Billion and with over 70,000 current and former employees. This position is a newly created role that will be focused on the administration of the Non-Qualified Plans. Responsibilities include data analytics, project management and execution, and reporting/reporting optimization across the Plans. This position will partner with Legal, Health & Benefits, HR, Payroll and Finance as well as with critical vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and oversight of the Johnson & Johnson Non-Qualified Plans to ensure the records, payment processing and liability accounting is accurate.Serve as the main liaison with the third-party providers as it relates to the Non-Qualified Plans.Lead all Non-Qualified Plan projects, system/process enhancements, and communication plans.Responsible for various complex data analytics, reconciliations, and audits to ensure data integrity across internal and external systems for our non-qualified plans.Contribute to team initiatives, projects and adhoc requests as needed.Remain current on J&J Policy, Plan Documents, and IRS/DOL/ERISA regulations as they pertain to Non-Qualified Plans.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, a degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.Master’s degree and/or CPA/CMA is preferred.A minimum of three (3) years of finance or Non-Qualified Plan/benefits experience is required.A minimum of 3 years of relative and progressive experience is required.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required (i.e. Pivot Tables, Formulas, and VLOOKUP).Strong collaboration and analytical skills required.Non-Qualified Defined Contribution Plan administration experience and vendor management experience is highly preferred.Experience with regulatory requirements such as Sarbanes Oxley and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is preferred.This role is located in New Brunswick, NJ and may require up to 10% of travel.

They need to have strong analytical skills to assess large amounts of data and processes then design and implement new streamlined approaches that reduce non-value-added activities and strengthen processes and controls. Must be a strong business partner able to influence stakeholders on cross-functional teams. Must champion continuous process improvements and benchmarks best practices. Must have strong project planning and time management skills. Self-motivated and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results individually and working in a collaborative team environment. Must be able to work in a matrix environment.
The base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $117,300.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
