The Vice President of People and Culture is a strategic leader responsible for spearheading culture shift initiatives as well as developing and implementing comprehensive human resources strategies that support the company’s goals. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, diversity and inclusion, learning and development, and compliance. The ideal candidate is a transformational leader with a passion for people and a track record of driving positive organizational change.Responsibilities and Duties:Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a holistic people strategy that aligns with the company’s mission, vision, and strategic objectives.Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all human resources matters.Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Culture Revitalization:
Champion and drive cultural transformation initiatives aimed at revitalizing the organizational culture.Implement programs and practices that promote a positive, inclusive, and innovative workplace culture.Collaborate with leaders and employees to identify cultural gaps and develop strategies to address them.
Talent Management:
Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.Implement robust onboarding, training, and development programs to support employee growth and retention.Design and manage performance management processes to ensure clear expectations, regular feedback, and career development opportunities.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication, recognition programs, and employee engagement initiatives.Lead efforts to assess and enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all employees.
HR Operations and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Organizational Development:
Drive change management efforts to support organizational growth and transformation.Facilitate leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.Utilize data-driven insights to inform HR strategies and measure the impact of initiatives.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.Proven experience in developing and implementing successful people strategies in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certification is a plus.Benefits:Weekly pay.Multiple health plans to choose from, with 50% company-paid employee and dependent plans.Dental.Vision.Company-paid life insurance of $30,000.100% company-paid short-term disability insurance.Retirement plan with a company match of up to 5%.Safety and retention incentives.Paid time off.Employee discount plans.CARDS Holdings Inc. offers a competitive base salary, opportunity to earn incentive pay, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
