In doing so, this equips the Samsung Electronics America (SEA) HR (People Team) and business leaders across the enterprise in better understanding workforce trends and the impact of HR programs. Furthermore, these analyses help business leaders make informed decisions based on evidence in data across people and in competing amongst the external market.Job Responsibilities:Supports execution of an Annual and Quarterly Analytics plans to enable SEA 3-year HR strategy and annual Action plan.Provides consistent tracking and analysis of key performance metrics to provide business leaders with actionable insights.Integrates business performance and market forecasting into workforce planning to ensure headcount allocation is aligned with business growth priorities.Delivers regular reporting and data visualizations that are including but not limited to: workforce planning reports for across business divisions, Succession planning, Leadership & Development reports, Talent review data, and workforce trend dashboards.Supports the team with the ability to analyze, forecast and showcase the impact of HR programs on turnover, retention and key measures throughout the employee life-cycle.Partners with our various Centers of Excellences & stakeholders to enhance organizational processes for business efficiency.Synthesizes and visualizes insights from data.Skills And QualificationsSkills:Advanced Excel skills and formulas are critical.Strong PowerPoint skills.Experience using Data visualization tools including Tableau.Background in a non-HR job function a plus but not required.Exceptional communication and written skills, with the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience.Knowledge of at least one of the following: Python, R, SQL.Knowledge of Alteryx.Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in the business context.Demonstrated ability on how to approach ad-hoc reports and then translate into complex data with actionable insights.Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Human Resources, or a related area of study and 2+ years of relevant experience is required OR Master’s in a related field, with 1 years of relevant work experience.Strong mathematical skills including, statistics, modelling and forecasting, financial planning and risk management capabilities are preferred.This role requires being onsite in Samsung's Ridgefield Park, NJ office Monday through Thursday.At Samsung, we believe that innovation and growth are driven by an inclusive culture and a diverse workforce.
