BachelorYears of experience: 1-3The Role

Supports execution of Annual and Quarterly Analytics plans to enable 3-year HR strategy and annual Action plan.Provides consistent tracking and analysis of key performance metrics to provide business leaders with actionable insights.Integrates business performance and market forecasting into workforce planning to ensure headcount allocation is aligned with business growth priorities.Delivers regular reporting and data visualizations that include but not limited to: workforce planning reports across business divisions, Succession Planning, Leadership & Development reports, Talent review data, and workforce trend dashboards.Supports the team with the ability to analyze, forecast, and showcase the impact of HR programs on turnover, retention, and key measures throughout the employee life cycle.Partners with our various Centers of Excellence & stakeholders to enhance organizational processes for business efficiency.Synthesizes and visualizes insights from data.Skills And Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills and formulas are critical.Strong PowerPoint skills.Experience using Data visualization tools, including Tableau.Background in a non-HR job function is a plus but not required.Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to present findings to a non-technical audience.Knowledge of at least one of the following: Python, R, SQL.Knowledge of Alteryx.Strong understanding of statistical methods and their application in the business context.Demonstrated ability on how to approach ad-hoc reports and then translate them into complex data with actionable insights.Strong mathematical skills, including statistics, modeling and forecasting, financial planning, and risk management capabilities are preferred.Experience with building out Data pipelines in Python.
