Data Analyst 3

Summary:Responsibilities:Manage company-wide data systems, supporting data governance for the business.Collaborate with partner teams to drive results across the company, defining company technical requirements for systems and processes for development and/or enhancement.Identify root causes to problems and use data-driven approaches to develop and implement new business processes and solutions.Conduct analysis, interpret technical documents and processes, and draw valid conclusions regarding user needs and business requirements.Provide technical guidance; develop and update user documentation, written instructions, training guides, and manuals; meet with users to provide information regarding system changes and enhancements.Top 3 Skill Sets:Data Systems Management: Support data governance and partner with internal and external teams to resolve data issues.Data Analysis: Identify root causes of problems and use data-driven approaches to develop solutions.Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives.Necessary Attributes & Skills:Experience with analyzing large sets of data, including master data management.Ability to structure and perform complex analysis within Excel and related BI tools such as Tableau.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex or technical concepts into simple terms to working level teams as well as executives.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, navigating ambiguity, and managing competing priorities.Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytics experience.Willing to work 4-5 days in the office per HR guideline and travel up to 10% of your time.Background/Experience:Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field preferred.At least 3-4 years of experience working as a business/data analyst, process improvement, or similar role.Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).Benefits and Ancillaries:Medical, dental, vision, PTO benefits and ancillaries may be available for eligible Aditi Consulting employees and vary based on the plan options selected by the employee.
