With a biblically based approach, they will seek to impart the truth of the gospel to our students, equipping them with the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with faith and resilience. Approachable, collaborative, and active in their lifestyle, the Mission Students Director will embody a relational leadership style that fosters growth, connection, and transformation within our student community.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Mission Church is located in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago in Bloomingdale, IL. This growing church was planted in 2011 by founding pastors Jon Peacock and Tommy Bowman. Their mission is to see the surrounding communities (The Ten) transformed by the love of Christ.
Mission Church is seeking an experienced Student Director who is entrepreneurial, collaborative, highly relational, and someone who has a history of building world-class teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversight leadership of Middle School and High School student ministry
Oversight leadership developing and implementing the vision and strategy for Middle School and High School
Oversight leadership of future Mission Students' Staff
Oversight leadership of all Mission Students Volunteers
Lead in alignment building from Mission Kids Strategy
Ensure there is a strong culture of recruiting and inviting Students
Ensure that Mission Students is partnering with Parents in helpful ways
Ensure that Student to Leader ratios are at a healthy level
Ensure that Mission Students is 6% of the make-up of Mission Church Oversight of the Mission Students budget
