If you are an experienced product manager, with a passion to delight your customers by identifying their needs and building solutions that will make them successful, then we'd love to talk with you.Job Description:Meet Our Team:We are the Braintree Merchant Reporting & Insights team responsible for building reporting and data visualization tools that simplify data access and deliver actionable insights to merchants, aiding in reconciliation, revenue growth, and cost optimization. We work with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver top-notch reporting and data experiences.Your Day to Day:Execute strategic initiatives around best-in-class Reporting and Reconciliation experience.

Ability to set customer-facing outcomes and key results (OKRs) tied to internal business goals.

Identify opportunities based on research, market, and data to solve complex customer problems.

Create use cases and detailed product requirements documents to articulate desired product features and functionality to technical, user experience, design, and other cross-functional teams.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer support, operations, legal, compliance, risk management, engineering, user experience, QA and other functional areas, to ensure alignment with related go-to-market activities.

Monitor impact of product features on merchant usage, merchant engagement, and other key metrics.

Translate analytic insights into concrete, actionable recommendations for business or product improvement.

Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of your product and its features across the company to drive growth and adoption.

What You Need to Bring:10+ years of experience in a high-growth technology company with 5+ years of product management experience.

Prior experience working on payments, accounting, or financial technology products.

Proven track record for building, launching, and maintaining high-scale, successful products.

Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey a product strategy to partners and senior leaders.
