OVERVIEW:
Provides scrub, assisting, turnover and stocking for surgical procedures
High School diploma or equivalent
Graduate of accredited program of surgical technology
Certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) by Association of Surgical Technologists (AST) Required
CPR Certification
1-2 year OR experience Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Ability to work independently as well as function effectively as a team member
Proven ability to change priorities in a fast-paced environment
