Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $66,000 to $71,000 per year.
Job Description
Verify invoice details, code expenses, and obtain necessary approvals for payment.Prepare and schedule payments to vendors.Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of funds via check, electronic transfer, or other payment methods.Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy in financial records.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and accurate recording of expenses.Prepare accounts payable reconciliations, accruals, and other journal entries as directed.Generate accounts payable reports and analyses as requested by management.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in accounts payable operations.Requirements
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting role.
