We provide physicians in the VA, worker's compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury markets with a more effective drug-free alternative; which helps their patients live a better life, and improves the efficiency and success of physician offices with more satisfied patients.The JobDevelop, forecast, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales production, growth, and profit goals.Support and encourage a strategic coaching relationship with Sales Consultants.Identify skills gaps and business challenges and develop appropriate action plans with Sales Consultants.Provide business systems and technical support to Sales Consultants and customers.Active engagement in ongoing employee recruitment, retention, and mentorship of current team members.Resolve customer challenges when escalation is necessary.Look for, record, and report trends, challenges, and issues within the region immediately to the EVP of Sales.Attend regional and national industry-specific conventions, symposia, conferences, and other events as necessary.The BenefitsGuaranteed base salary + quarterly bonusMileage ReimbursementMatching 401k (6%)Health/Life Insurance/Dental/VisionCompany Issued iPhoneUnlimited Paid VacationRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experienceMust have experience leading a high-performance sales teamMust have a valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle recordHistory of working in a position that requires significant autonomy and self-motivationHighly driven and exhibits a strong work ethicExemplary written and oral communication skills with any audienceDemonstrate strong problem-solving abilitiesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to travel, up to 50% (overnight) regularly
