What You Will Do:Guidehouse is looking for an OCM and Communications Senior Consultant who will actively contribute to change management efforts. This includes managing stakeholders, assessing change readiness, creating communication plans, and developing change management and communication materials. The Senior Consultant will help clients improve their business processes, enhance efficiency, promote user adoption, and ensure compliance with government regulations. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for client management, solution implementation, and overall project delivery. You will interact with clients and collaborate with consulting leaders to ensure project success. This involves attending regular operational meetings and presenting well-organized communications and presentations to clients and internal executives.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

Proactively assist in delivering engagement activities and completing deliverablesWork independently and build relationships within the engagement teamLead tasks or work streams within client engagements, overseeing individual contributions and potentially junior staffFacilitate effective conversations between clients and internal subject matter expertsDevelop strategies to address complex OCM challengesContribute to the team's industry knowledge and capabilitiesLead change management projects and teams to develop and implement change strategies and plansConduct research to develop practical approaches for increasing customer awareness and adoption of changeCreate engaging content for stakeholder engagement related to planned changesCommunicate effectively with all levels of an organization and prepare dynamic briefings for senior executivesPerform quality assurance reviews of work productsTrack and report the status of change programs, including key metrics and risksSupport the development and improvement of Guidehouse change management methodologies and toolsParticipate in business development activities

What You Will Need:

Prosci or CCMP certificationMinimum of three (3) years of experience in change management, with at least three (3) years in a lead capacityBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience implementing technology systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or WorkdayExperience creating communication materials, such as newsletters, briefings, and emailsOrganizational and project management skillsExperience leading tasks or work streams within a client engagement

Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team and prioritize resourcesComfort with quantitative analysis in ExcelAbility to adapt quickly and build professional relationshipsExperience managing change for large-scale technology systems implementation projectsMinimum of three (3) years of management consulting experience within the public sectorExperience managing small project teamsKnowledge of graphic design conceptsExperience with documentation and process mappingMaster's degree in relevant field
