Senior HR Generalist Responsibilities:Support employee relations, including benefits administration, performance improvement, and onboardingManage HR programs and policies, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and company standardsAssist in developing and implementing HR initiatives such as training, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion programsPerform HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and managing HRIS dataOversee office administration and coordinate office events
Senior HR Generalist Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
