Our teams are committed to working together to provide a best-in-class experience for each other, and for the more than 1 million people we protect in the continental U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico.We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Senior Financial Analyst.As a Senior Financial Analyst, a typical day may include:Complex financial and business analyses to support executive management in evaluating, analyzing, and improving operating results. This key individual will assist in the development of the Company’s annual budget and long-term financial plan. The Senior Financial Analyst will assist executives in developing presentations for the board of directors, outside investors, and debt holders.Hybrid position, onsite once a week in our Farmers Branch corporate office on Wednesdays.What you’ll do:

Works with management to review and analyze existing operations to find ways to improve overall operating results. Based on findings, makes recommendations regarding cost-saving, profit-generating opportunities, and/or profitability improvement strategies.Performs financial analyses through discounted cash flow modeling to obtain NPV’s and IRRs for new product offerings, capital projects, and operational programs.Leads the development of the annual budget, and preparation of other related annual corporate financial reporting requirements. Continually monitors actual results against budget and consults with department heads to understand variances and make necessary adjustments.Assists with the Company’s long-range planning model the output of which includes full financial statements for all operating subsidiaries, as well as, the Company’s debt and equity structure, using various scenarios of operating assumptions.Conducts analysis of competitors and stays current with the latest trends in the home security and automation industry.Identifies and produces Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assist the executive team in better manage results.What you bring to the table:

Four-year college degree in finance, accounting, or business.Three to four years of related work experience, preferably at least two in a corporate finance / FP&A role.Financial modeling experience, ROI/DCF analysis, and familiarity with the three financial statements.Expert at Excel (using mostly keyboard shortcuts) and basic knowledge of PowerPoint.Progress towards a CFA charter or MBA would be a plus.A financial Excel certification (FMVA, Wall Street Prep, etc.) would be a plus.Experience with Python would be a plus.What we offer:
